"I had an amazing experience with Swingset Solutions from start to finish. Michelle was amazing helping me and my daughter pick out the perfect set for us and worked with us to get what we wanted and stay in our budget. Swing sets were delayed due to the pandemic but she promised it would arrive in time for my daughters birthday and it did. Brian and his team were amazing putting it together, checking everything with us before finalizing where it would go. It looks amazing and they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were there! My kids are so in love with their new swing set. I’d recommend swing sets to anyone!"

"If you are looking for a quality swing set for your kids or grandchildren you can't do better than Swingset Solutions. I hate shopping around for anything but Michelle made the experience relaxing and explained all the options and helped guide me in picking the right deck height and accessories for my grandkids. Scheduling my install was reasonable given the lead time for a custom made set and the installation itself was professional. I asked if they come back and do maintenance at any point and was told I can call anytime and they would gladly come out and protect my investment. All in all, I am glad I purchased from them and highly recommend them to anybody contemplating purchasing a quality swing set that will last."

"I want to share my experience about the service I received from Swingset Solutions. I purchased a swing set from them and I had no idea what to expect or how to go about choosing which one to get, how to set it up, and what the price would be. I called and spoke to Brian and he spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with me, explaining and describing the swing sets, how he does the installation, and helped me figure out what to get within my budget that my kids would love. I was concerned about my small yard - so he offered to come to my house and measure it! He spent about an hour at my house, going over the options, choosing accessories, colors, etc. He was so patient and helpful. There was no pressure or pushing me to spend more. He came back about 3 weeks later, as promised and installed my swing set - it was perfect! My kids love it. I appreciated the personal customer service Brian and Michelle provided and will highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a swing set."

"Came out and gave an on-the-premises estimate and options for installing a playset in my small, not exactly flat, back yard. We then went up and looked at some of their sets at their Sales location and put in an order. It came in a couple of weeks later and they installed it for us.
Comments:
It went well. Brian was able to give us several options for how to configure different playsets and set up the one with the options we had chosen. He did a great job of making it fit nicely within a small, un-level, misshapen space. I think we got a great value for what we paid. Also, Brian offers a service where he can come back each year to tighten up all the screws and re-stain it for us, which we plan to use."

"I want to say a big thank you to Brian and Michelle. Outstanding customer service! I left a message about a small metal fastener that had broke when I was taking the canopy down for the winter. Today Brian drove all the way out to New Providence not only replace the fastener but also give me some helpful tips for next Fall. My children 3yo and 7yo play so much on our Extreme set it has paid for itself. If your looking to buy a set. You have to use Michelle and Brian, they are the best at purchase and a year later."
